TEENAGE KICKS - ALL AGES GIG |
|
In association with the Oh Yeah Centre, Belfast & Crumlin Together A first for both the 4 Corners Music Festival and its partners, Oh Yeah and Crumlin Together, this special ‘all ages’ gig brings the first week of the Festival to a highly anticipated close. Three up and coming, young, fresh and exciting bands present an energetic night for both young people aged 13 years + and those who are young at heart! Come prepared to enjoy yourself! Headliners A Plastic Rose are purveyors of mid nineties post-hardcore tinged ‘Catchy Alternative Rock‘®, rooted firmly in late noughties peacetime Belfast, where they have been cutting their teeth on the northern front since August 2006 with Gary Lightbody even giving them a mention in his list of N.Irish bands to look for. They are ably supported by 2009 Winners of the Battle of the Bands at the Braid Arts Centre, Sethway, a pop punk rock group from Ballymena. Kicking the night off will be 3 piece, 2 girl and 1 boy, indie, electric pop trio, the Wonder Villains. This is a great chance to catch these bands before they become the next Snow Patrol! Saturday 20 February from 7.30pm – 10.00pm **This is strictly a non-alcohol event.** |
