See the 4Corners of Antrim come ALIVE with music!

Get ready for the return of Antrim’s dedicated Music Festival, as MADD hits the 4 Corners of Antrim Borough, with a wide range of music events taking place at venues as diverse as hotels, bars, cafes, and football clubs.

The 4 Corners Music Festival for 2010 runs from Wednesday 17th – Friday 26th February and contains performances, masterclasses and workshops, covering all genres of music from traditional folk and blues to indie/pop and rock via choral singing! Acts to look out for include an opening launch event in the Dunadry Hotel featuring pop/folk trio, Cat Malojian, a special cinema screening of ‘Nowhere Boy’ at the Antrim Cineplex, free music sessions in Starbucks at Junction One and a toe tapping, foot stomping Folk Finale in the Park Plaza Hotel, Aldergrove.

A range of masterclasses and workshops will be running alongside all the major events of the Festival and will be a fantastic opportunity for local schools to avail of expert music taster sessions – all free of charge!

Also returning to the Festival is the Jim Gilchrist Maker Award – an award that will be bestowed annually on a local musician who has demonstrated a significant level of achievement in their chosen area.

Enjoy looking through the website, book your tickets on the above dedicated ticket line and make sure you bring some musical maddness into your life this February!
